Our story

Built after seeing wrongdoing and weak internal controls

Safe Hotline was created after seeing wrongdoing and weak internal controls at businesses and nonprofits — including fraud and other unscrupulous activity that can go undetected without a trusted reporting channel.

Organizations are more aware than ever of the need to prevent and detect suspicious activity. We believe a third-party whistleblower and ethics hotline is an integral part of those controls.

Founded in 2016 and based in Chandler, Arizona, we’ve now been in business more than 10 years. Today we serve 800+ customers — and with over 95% customer retention, most organizations that start with Safe Hotline stay with us year after year.

Our focus is simple: help organizations hear concerns early, respond responsibly, and protect people, assets, and reputation — without making anonymous reporting hard for employees or case follow-up hard for admins. See how the service works.

What we stand for

Values that shape every report we handle

Independence, confidentiality, practical tools, and pricing you can explain to a board or finance team.

Independence

A true third-party channel builds trust that internal-only reporting often cannot — reporters know intake is separate from the organization.

Anonymity & confidentiality

Reporters can stay anonymous, follow up with a Report Key, and share concerns without fear that identity is required to be heard.

Practical tools

24/7 web, phone, and text reporting; case management; posters; and status replies — the working tools an ethics program actually uses.

Straightforward pricing

Flat yearly plans, no long-term contract, and clear options for businesses and nonprofits — so budgeting stays simple.
